Called Retreat at Johns Creek home for a little over a year. Second week in to the renovated unit my ceiling in the laundry room starts pouring water (Fire sprinkler system busted. Never got told the system was functional again). They cut a whole in the ceiling where the water was spewing and and placed a plastic bag over the area. It remained like that till I vacated. Within two months the ceiling starts dripping again.

Great Place to live
This time it travels around the fireplace and causes damage to the ceiling because the leak continues for a couple more weeks. Skipping to the end, unit needed constant maintenance , amenities and front gates not always operational, walls super thin and complaints are hardly carried through. In the end had to pay essentially another months rent for repair to the unit when it was hardly repaired upon the start.
Overall I am happy on the Retreat staffs who takes care of the tenets on their issues.
